• We are not responsible for any missed flights. In the event of a missed flight, delegates are responsible for arranging and funding their alternative travel.
• No refunds will be issued for missed flights under any circumstances.

Personal Responsibility: By attending the conference, delegates acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for their safety and belongings. We are not liable for any harm, injury, or death that may occur during the conference.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the case of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event, we reserve the right to:

• Reschedule the event.
• Offer partial or full refunds, or no refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
• The final decision regarding refunds and rescheduling will be at the conference organizer’s discretion.

Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all participants. Unacceptable behaviors, including harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination, will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right the remove any delegates we deem to have behaved in an unacceptable manner.

Liability for Personal Property: We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property of attendees.

Photography and Social Media: Attendance at the conference implies consent for one’s photograph to be taken. The conference organizers are granted express permission to use any such photographs featuring attendees for promotional activities on various social media platforms and other marketing channels.

Use of Collected Information: By registering for the event, attendees consent to the collection and use of personal information for verification, communication, and promotional purposes.

Acceptance of Terms: Registration and attendance at the conference constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
